2 Grouper fillets or fish of choice
1 Tbsp each:
2-3 tbsp spoons of Olive oil
Mix all spices together well. Wash fish and rub spices into fish.Heat oil on med heat in large skillet . Place fish in skillet. Cook on one side for about 4-6 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn and repeat . Fish should have a slight crusty texture on outside when done, flaky inside..
