Mini meals

As most of you already know, Clean eating involves eating 5-6 mini meals daily. If your like me, you do not like the same thing every day or even every week. I am adding to my list of mini meals and would love to hear some of your ideas!

Meanwhile , I thought that I would share a few of my favorite go to combinations. They are easy to prepare, pack and go(except the omelet).In my busy schedule of work,easy but clean and nutritious are a most!

Mini Meals

2.c watermelon and 1 oz. feta cheese

1 c cantaloupe and 1 oz feta cheese

1 apple and 2 tbsp Almond butter

1 boiled egg white and a plum

2 oz cheese and grapes

1/2 c. cottage cheese and 1/2 mixed berries

1 apple and 1 oz cheese

salad

Bell pepper with 1/4 c salsa

1 c strawberries w 10 pecan halves

banana with 1 tbsp almond butter

yogurt and nuts

a fruit and almond milk smoothie. ( no powders or additives)

egg white omelet with veggies

Black berries with 1/2 cottage cheese

Tuna salad on spinach leaves

sauteed veggies on a whole grain wrap with touch of feta.
