One week down! How did everyone do? This week ,we are going to really concentrate on eating Healthy(Clean)! Are you ready?
Week 2 Challenge
-Continue to drink 8-10 full glasses of water,daily
-up exercise time by 10 minutes ,daily(at least 5 of 7 days)
-Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies (combined 6 servings ,daily)
-All meals,snacks should include a lean protein and fruit or veggie
-no unhealthy fats like margarine,fatty meats,,fatty dressings,creams and (sorry)ice cream..
-use healthy fats like unsalted butter,coconut oil,olive oil,safflower oil,etc..
-Use portion control
-Learn to read labels on grocery items,(if a 5 year old can’t pronounce ,you don’t eat)
-optional, add a tsp of ground flax seed daily to one of your meals..after about 3 days,you can add a touch more. give tummy time to adjust!
-continue or start food journal!
