1 whole egg,beaten
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 c. unsweetened soy milk
3/4 cup 100%whole wheat panko
1/3 c. shredded Parmesan
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
1- 1 1/2 lbs lean grass fed hamburger or lean ground turkey
clean ketchup (opt)
Pre heat oven to 375. Spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
Mix all ingredients except ketchup very well. Shape into balls that will fill each muffin cup. If desired spoon a bit of clean ketchup over each meatloaf.
Bake , uncovered for about 45-55 min. depending on size of your muffin pan.
