Spinach Dippety

 It’s the beginning of college football this evening. This means time to make some appetizers! I am working on some appetizers for game days, holidays, etc.. Thought I’d start with the classic party food, Spinach dip..So here’s my clean version of an old favorite..

 

Spinach Dippety

Spinach Dippety

Ingredients

12 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed

5 oz. water chestnuts, chopped finely

2 lg green onions , chopped

1 1/2 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp parsley

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1/2 c. Greek plain yogurt

3 tbsp light sour cream ( I used vegan variety)

Mix all ingredients well in medium bowl. Serve with clean eating bread or sliced fresh veggies.
