Almond Butter, Oatmeal and Chocolate Chips
1 cup almond butter
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 tbsp unsulphered molasses
3/4 c. organic pure sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 c. dark choc.( broken up) or organic clean choc chips or carob
1/2-3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except oatmeal and choc. well. Then fold in chips , then fold in oatmeal.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 min.
Let cool on pan for about 4 min before transferring to paper towels or cooling rack to finish cooling as they will be too soft to move immediately. They will firm as they cool.
