How’s your week 1 challenge going?

For those of you who are doing the challenge with me, I am wondering how’s it going? I am pumped as I enter day 2, I actually got 9 glasses of water down yesterday! I did a few stretches , concentrating on my legs and buttocks.. I will add a few more today.
How many of you keep a journal? I restarted mine yesterday, including everything that goes in my mouth, a space to mark off glasses of water, also a space to record my weight, goals, and changes/goals I want to do towards health and life in general. It’s like a diary on steroids!
Curiosity has me wondering, what goals or challenges have the rest of you decided to take on this week or month? Let me know! We can cheer each other on!
