Spoon Rolls

rollsThese are so easy, even if you have never made rolls before, you can make these!
I make these for holidays and a few months ago, I cleaned them up. I am happy that they will grace our table at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Spoon Rolls
1 pkg yeast
1 egg (or equivalent to)
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter ( or vegan spread)
2 c. warm water
1/4 c natural sugar
4 c. unbleached self rising flour
opt. handful of flax seed ,grounded
Mix all together, refrigerate 30 min to 2 hours..Spoon into sprayed muffin tin. Bake 15 to 20 min at 400 degrees.
( yes, u can make with bleached flour and reg sugar, but then its just another fattening roll..lol)
