Veggies of your choice, chopped or sliced
2-4 tbsp minced garlic , depends on amount of veggies
1-3 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper to taste
if making the shrimp saute in the post above, use the marinade saved
Tonight, I stir fried yellow and orange bell peppers, purple onion and water chestnuts ( it’s what I had..)
Heat oil in skillet or wok, add garlic, heat and add veggies, cook, stir often til just softened, add pepper and marinade ,if have on hand, good either way.Cook about 2-4 min longer, serve on brown rice..
