Peach Cobbler, a family fav that I cleaned up..
1 cup King Arthur Organic self rising flour
1 cup natural sugar (unprocessed)
2/3 cup of soy milk (milk is fine)
1 cup juice (from peaches)( sometimes I don’t have a cup but it works anyway)
Mix well in a med to large bowl, set aside.
In a separate bowl ,mix
1/2 unsalted butter or Earth Balance Vegan spread, melted
1 1/2 -2 cups of fruit
1/2 natural organic sugar
Pour this in casserole dish , then pour the flour mixture on top. do NOT mix together..Bake at 375 for 45-65 min, or til golden brown..
